The Barns

Set amidst the beauty of Norfolk's southern broads an attractive set of eight handsome barn conversions. All barns have been tastefully and comfortably furnished with many original features including beams. The barns enjoy a wonderfully peaceful rural setting on a working arable/dairy farm.

The Farm

On farm walks/fishing/birdwatching/hot tub/Games Room/Fitness Room and Soft Play area. Close to many local attractions, coast and broads. Open all year. Mallard sleeps 7, Coot, Widgeon, Teal, Woodcock & Snipe barns sleep 6, Pheasant & Partridge sleep 2.

Farm Shop

We have our own Farm Shop on site close to the holiday barns we stock lots of local foods and products daily fresh bakery, butchery and Fruit & Veg.  Dairy products from our own cows who you can find close by.  Gifts for all ages and celebrations.  We have a good selection of local wines, beers and spirits.  In fact everything for your holiday needs or just to browse!

Nearby

If visitors can tear themselves away from the farm, a wide variety of nearby attractions invite exploration. The beautiful sandy beaches of the coast a a mere 20 minute drive away. The pretty riverside market town of Beccles gateway to the southern broads (5 miles).

Just 1/2 hour drive is the magnificent medieval city of Norwich as well as the beautiful cathedral and interesting castle museum, the city has one of the best shopping opportunities in the country. The very popular coastal town of Southwold is also within easy reach (1/2 hour).

The Wheatacre White Lion Pub and Restaurant is only a short 5 minute walk from our beautiful holiday cottages and is well worth a visit
