SOCIAL DISTANCING:  we have made all our rooms self-contained, with the continental breakfast provided within.  Each room has a fridge, microwave, toaster, and all the facilities you need to make your own breakfasts.

Two minutes walk from the local gastro-pub next door and there are several other pubs in the area that offer great choices in food. There is also an excellent Indian Fine Dining restaurant within a mile. While a car is very useful, there is a good bus link to Norwich, the Broads and Gt Yarmouth.

There is a pleasant courtyard for our guests to relax and take the evening air and watch the sun set at the end of a busy day.

Little Plumstead is only a 15 minute drive from the city of Norwich, a cosmopolitan, buzzing and beautiful city with over 1500 historical buildings, an exciting arts scene, wonderful outdoor activities, top shopping and delicious local produce food and drink

The boating hub of Wroxham is just 5 minutes drive away, access to day boat, canoe hire and the “worlds biggest village shop” Roys is easy and quick.
