Waveney River Centre apartments are exceptionally spacious and feature open plan lounge, diner and kitchen with widescreen digital TV, DVD player, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, plus a separate family bathroom.

The Carlton and Oulton first floor apartments* sleep up to 4 people in 1 double bedroom with digital TV, patio doors on to balcony and en-suite shower room, 1 twin with patio doors onto balcony overlooking the marshes and river.

The Burgh Staithe ground floor apartment sleeps up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, 2 en-suite doubles, 3 twins (1 en-suite), this apartment also offers outside garden space and a hot tub. This accommodation suits larger groups, perfect for traveling with friends and extended family.  

Please bring your own towels to use in the swimming pool.

The Park features a family-friendly pub, indoor heated swimming pool & café, children's play areas, Mace convenience store, launderette and information centre. Our pedestrian ferry drops you on the edge of Suffolk Wildlife Trust's Carlton Marshes nature reserve, where you can explore the Broads in miniature, take a short walk to Oulton Broad (50 minutes) or a longer hike to Beccles (3 hours).
