Welcome to Swallowdale, a riverside holiday home in Brundall on the Norfolk Broads set right on the River Yare, ideal for bird watching, boating, fishing, sightseeing or perfect for a quiet break getting away from it all.

Swallowdale is self catering accommodation decorated and furnished to a very high standard and equipped with everything you will need, ideal for families and couples alike. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and sleeps 4. A cot and high chair can be supplied on request.

There are two TV’s both with Freeview, there are also two DVD players and a selection of DVD’s. Unlimited free Wifi.

Well behaved pets are welcome (small charge), there is a water bowl and food bowls at the property for their use. 

Patio furniture and a BBQ are supplied for those long warm summer evenings relaxing with a glass of wine. 

The property is heated and available all year round. All heating, hot water, towels and bed linen are included in the price. 

Swallowdale has its own private decking overlooking the River Yare where you can fish in season. There is a variety of fish species including Bream, Eels, Ruff, Rudd, Perch, Roach, Tench and Pike.

Brundall is a small Village in Norfolk about 7 miles east of the city of Norwich. Brundall railway station is a short walk from the property, the railway is on the Norwich to Great Yarmouth line.
