Springlake Leisure is located in the village of Barnby just off the A146 between the City of Norwich and East Anglia's most easterly seaside town of Lowestoft.

Two self contained apartments in a relaxing, peaceful environment and set in five and a half acres of private grounds. Private lake with fishing available at no extra cost with an indoor heated swimming pool and a large snooker/games room also available 

The heated indoor pool with easy access steps, tennis court and large games room with snooker, table tennis and table football are available for guests to enjoy at the owners discretion. Fun for all ages.

Accommodation

Just two self contained apartments, furnished to a high standard, share all the grounds and facilities with the owners, who live in the adjacent 'Copperfields'.

Specially made in Finland and built to our own specification each apartment is fully equipped for your self catering and independent holiday.

Each apartment offers the following features:

The Greenhouse

New for 2019 - We have transformed our greenhouse into an indoor oasis filled with tropical plants, a koi pond and free flying love birds, canaries, fiches and java sparrows. It’s sure to relax you at any time of year and whatever the weather!

Wildlife

Depending on when you visit you might well see otter, deer, perhaps a kingfisher or one of our nesting owls. It really is a wildlife haven.

Comfortable and cosy, the apartments are designed and fitted to provide a very homely base for your stay in rural Suffolk.
