Riverside Holidays provides comfortable riverside holiday cottages for those wanting a really peaceful getaway in the heart of Broadland.  Our relaxing holiday rentals on the riverside in Potter Heigham, offer a great home away from home far removed  from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Linen is included along with Colour Television and Electric Heating, just perfect for those misty river mornings. All properties have a kitchen, living area and bathroom (or shower room) Day boats are available to hire and may be moored at your bungalow Pets are welcome at many of our properties, at a charge of £20 per pet/per week

Some of our cottage holiday properties are available throughout the year. The Norfolk Broads can be unbelievably beautiful in the winter – though it can get cold and we often get a sprinkling of snow in the heart of winter which forms a perfect picture for the keen photographers.

Bookings run from 4pm on Saturdays to 10am on Saturdays

Guests and visitors to most of the properties will have to park on a ‘Pay & Display’ near Potter Heigham Bridge. Access to most of the cottages is by footpath or boat only. There is a river taxi that operates throughout the summer.

Unfortunately because of the access, these properties are not suitable for wheelchairs.
