This superb holiday home is situated in a private marina overlooking the Faircraft Loynes basin. Accommodation is provided over three floors.

Ground floor, entrance hall, cloakroom and open plan lounge / dining room, fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances. First floor, one double en-suite bedroom, one twin bedroom and family bathroom with electric shower over the bath. Second floor, one double bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower and one twin bedroom. Central heating, parking for two cars.

A row of five cottages with french doors leading to a communal waterside lawn from where you may fish or simply relax. Two bedroomed accommodation comprising: Ground floor - porch to entrance hall. Both these apartments have stunning views over the River Bure. One is situated on the ground floor (No 6) and has french doors which lead onto a patio. The other is situated on the first floor (No 7, access via steps) and has a balcony. This property is a three storey townhouse and is located opposite the Norfolk Broads Direct boatyard down Bure Close in Wroxham.

It was beautifully restored in 2017. Ground floor – one twin bedroom, one single bedroom, day room with double sofa bed and family bathroom with shower over bath. First floor – spacious open plan lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast dining area. Second floor – spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower over the bath. With a small rear enclosed garden. Bure Lodge takes 2 dogs.
