Craft, Food, Gifts and Festive Fun are all essential ingredients of a successful Christmas event, they can be found in abundance this weekend at Sandringham

Over the last few years the show has grown into one of East Anglia’s top Christmas Fairs.

You will love the diverse array of the Craftsmen and Artists bringing you a choice of unique and special gifts for all your loved ones. Watch them at work as well with regular demonstrations of glassblowing, blacksmithing, chainsaw carving, wood-turning and traditional country crafts.

The fine food halls are large and delicious and offer a taste before you buy approach on most stalls, which will make the decisions even more difficult. There is hot coffee, chocolate, mulled wine or cider to choose from too for a well-earned break. Get some Christmas cooking ideas from our wonderful Living Heritage chefs, headlined by our very own Andrea Wallace who will be demonstrating their recipes in the Country Kitchen area.

It has grown again this year and we are delighted with our new attractions that include an Ice Skating Ring (synthetic) for the more energetic visitor and the Alternative Cabaret Tent with a varied bill of Magic & Illusion, Comedy and Balloon Science Show by Balloonatic.

In between your shopping be sure to slip into one of the entertainment marquees or Food Courts where there is a wide range of street food and beverages of all kinds to be enjoyed, all whilst relaxing to live music and entertainment.

With Santa Claus, Reindeer Unicorns, interactive Ice Carving, Jesters, Medieval Games and Amusements, there’s lots to keep the children happy as well.

Great Yarmouth Christmas Fayre

The first of four weekends making up the Great Yarmouth Christmas Markets is the Christmas Fayre from 29 November to 1 December. 

Visit a selection of decorated wooden chalets and gazebos in Great Yarmouth Market Square, visit Great Yarmouth Minister and The Priory Centre. All three venues will have a selection of stalls to browse including handmade crafts, baked goods, gifts and other Christmas items.

Santa's Grotto will be placed in The Priory Centre. Entertainment will be throughout the Market and in the Minster with walk about characters, music and a funfair.

Christmas Fair at Holt Hall

Christmas Event, Sat 23 - Sun 24 Nov 2019

Holt Hall Christmas Fair takes place is the impressive house set in 75 acres of parkland and woods just outside the village of Holt, Norfolk. A 15 foot Christmas tree and log fire will greet visitors in the entrance hall. There will be over 55 stalls showcasing an inspiring array of innovative and quality Christmas gifts ranging from local food and drink, clothing, crafts, paintings, plants, Christmas wreaths, decorations, glassware, art, prints, cushions, bunting, candles, pottery, make-up, skin care and bath products. Many of these products are locally made and can't be found on the High Street. Refreshments are available from outdoor stalls which includes a selection of delicious crepes, pizzas, cakes, sausage rolls, soup, hot and cold drinks.

Unfortunately dogs, except guide dogs are not allowed in Holt Hall grounds.

Christmas at Hockwold Hall in 2019 

Hockwold Christmas Fayre will be taking place on Sunday 8th December 2019, from 10am to 4pm

There will be over 100 exhibitors, featuring a wide range of food, drink and craft products for you to view and sample.

Featuring a spectrum of colourful stands, it promises to be one of the Christmas shopping events of the year, ideal for visitors looking for unusual gifts and exciting additions to their enhance their festive experience.

With themed tents and stands, the event will offer a wide range of tasty and enticing items for purchase, an impressive experience is sure to await you.

Some of the exhibitors are from Norfolk and Suffolk, whilst others will have travelled from across the UK to showcase their offerings, but with Christmas just around the corner, it’s a great early shopping opportunity.

Pensthorpe Christmas Market

On Sunday 24th November, our popular Christmas Market returns for it’s 3rd year, providing shoppers with a welcome change of scenery from the high street with its pop-up food, drink and craft stalls. Discover bespoke creations, creative gift ideas and delicious treats made from boutique producers, many of whom are from the local area.

There will be live music, plus complimentary mulled wine and mince pies for members.

Christmas Shopping at Holkham Hall

FESTIVE FOOD FAIR

This truly magical Christmas food event will be back again for 2019! The best local and regional producers will be showcasing their seasonal food and drink for you to try, and buy. From homemade jams, chutneys and cheeses, to Norfolk gins, wine and beers, there is something for everyone. Our live cookery theatre in The Lady Elizabeth Wing will once again keep our visitors entertained throughout the day. Hosted by Charlie Hodson of Charlie’s Norfolk Food Heroes, and with a theme of ‘Game On’, local chefs will be cooking up a storm, demonstrating new and exciting ways to really make your Christmas dinner or Boxing Day feasts pop this year!

Deepdale Christmas Market 

The 11th annual Deepdale Christmas Market takes place on Friday 29th, Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December in the lovely village of Burnham Deepdale.  Visitors to the market can enjoy ‘Not on the high street’ presents, decorations, food and drink in three large marquees around the Dalegate Market site, in the barn of Deepdale Backpackers & Camping, and amongst the pews in St Mary's Church.

There can’t be a better reason to visit the North Norfolk Coast in the Winter, when over 120 local artisans and producers gather for one of East Anglia’s best seasonal markets.

As always, entrance is FREE to the event, so no emptying your pockets before the shopping begins.  And as usual, there is FREE car parking in the farm yard of Deepdale Farm and in a grass field on Dalegate Lane.  The Coasthopper bus also drops off right outside the door.

Deepdale Christmas Market is open from 10am to 5pm on all three days - Friday 29th November, Saturday 30th and Sunday 1st December.
