Holly & Pear Cottages

These two charming holiday cottages, with their shared patio area, are tucked away behind and in the grounds of a charming country pub, offering a warm welcome and excellent food.

Nestling in a traditional Norfolk Broads village, within 100 yards of a shop/post office, they are ideally situated for exploring Broadland with its delightful villages, nature reserves, bird watching and miles of reed-lined waterways. Hickling Broad is just 4 miles, and Horsey Mere is 9 miles.

Boats can be hired at Potter Heigham, 3 miles. Sailing, fishing and cycle hire are available locally. Sea Palling, 5 miles, offers sandy beaches. Great Yarmouth, BeWilderwood treetop adventure park and Norwich are within a short drive.

The pub is centrally located and set back just off the road that twists through the village. Our detached all year round Holiday Cottages are peacefully located to to the rear of the property.

Nice home from home bar offering real ales, good food, nice garden beer garden and parking.

There is lots of indoor and outdoor seating available and we have a separate function room for parties and business meetings which can be booked by contacting us.
