Situated close to the Norfolk Broads in the quiet village of Repps with Bastwick surrounded by stunning Norfolk Countryside.

This lovely Norfolk eighteenth century self catering farmhouse is spacious and tastefully furnished. It is the ideal place for family gatherings or groups of friends. Sleeps 12 and is available all year round and for weekends/short breaks.

Accommodation

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped Kitchen, large lounge seating 10/12 witha TV and piano, 2nd lounge with TV/DVD player, dining room with an open fire and seating for 12.

The first floor comprises of a toilet and 5 bedrooms:-

1 x Family room with 1 double, 1 single, en suite shower room

1 x Family room with 1 double, 1 single , en suite bathroom

1 x Twin room, en suite shower room

1 x Double room (4′ bed) with en suite shower room

1 x Twin room, with private bathroom and separate toilet

Outside there is a large shared garden with outdoor seating and a play equipments. There is also a shared games room. Making it ideal for families and children.

Duvets and all bed lines is provided, electricity is included in the price.

Unfortunately the property is not suitable for wheelchair access.

Local Area

Potter Heigham with it's historic bridge, boatyards, shops and pub is just half a mile away (less than a 20 minute walk), Martham, a pretty Broadland village with 2 pubs, local shops and a chinese takeaway is a 5 minute drive away, with Hickling Broad which is at the heart of the Broadand National Park just 5 miles away.

While staying at Grove Farm you can explore the area in many ways you can hire a boat by the hour or day from nearby riverside boat yards and visit many beautiful villages, stop at excellent riverside pubs for good food and real ale or just while away the hours watching the magnificent wildlife on the Norfolk Broads until the sun goes down.

Miles of sandy beaches nearby are part of a great coastline offering an attractive blend of wide sandy beaches, sand dunes and cliffs. Fun for all the family at the bustling seaside resorts of Hemsby and Great Yarmouth with its famous Golden Mile and the Pleasure Beach.
