Farthing Cottage is a newly built 4-star self catering cottage in Little Plumstead which sleeps 5 and it is located just five minutes from Ranworth and Salhouse on the Norfolk Broads.

The boating hub on the northern rivers and broads is the village of Wroxham which is just a fifteen minutes drive away, ideal to spend a day out on the water exploring the rivers and broads.

Farthing Cottage offers two en-suite bedrooms,

a living room and

a well equipped kitchen (A lovely Welcome Pack awaits you too) and a dining area with french doors leading to a private enclosed patio complete with outdoor furniture and a family hot tub.

For the children, there is a slightly separate lawned area available, great for a kick about and letting off steam.

The living room is furnished with comfy leather sofas, Freeview TV and a writing desk and the kitchen comes complete with everything needed to enjoy a self catering family holiday - an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.  There is a utility room too containing a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite shower room and toilet  and also offers Freeview television. 

The second bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower room and toilet, Freeview television and an extra single bed, just perfect for those families with a small child.

Farthing Cottage also provides within the hire, electric central heating, bed linen, towels. Electricity and WiFi are free and a travel cot, highchair and stair gate are available on request.

For those avid cyclists wanting to explore the Norfolk Broads on two wheels, there is a Bike store and private parking for 3 cars. Smoking is not allowed in Farthing Cottage.

Should you care to dine out at any time, there are plenty of pubs and restaurants close by.

The Norfolk Broads is a beautiful area with lots to do and see, especially the mediaeval City of Norwich which is just twenty minutes by car, with two stunning cathedrals, a castle, great shopping, museums, restaurants and entertainment to enjoy. There is a bus service or a good taxis should you prefer.
