The Black Rock Grill in Hopton-on-Sea near Great Yarmouth on the Norfolk Broads, is a contemporary restaurant located in Potters Resort overlooking the Norfolk coast, offering a unique fixed price dining experience to those wishing to try something new, exciting and a little bit different.

Our fixed price menu offers a delicious choice of satisfying starters, indulgent desserts and, of course, the unique Black Rock main course.

This is what ignites the Black Rock experience as a selection of the finest quality fillets, seafood and shellfish which are presented to your table along with your own, unique volcanic ‘Hot Rock’ on which you cook the ingredients exactly to your own taste.

You are guaranteed not to leave hungry as the main courses can keep coming until you tell us otherwise! No oils or fats are used, ensuring your food is both tasty and healthy.

After your meal head back over to the main complex at Potters Resort to enjoy live entertainment in our state-of-the-art Atlas Theatre*, followed by the best late night entertainment in our Terrace Bar or Gallery Lounge.

Late Bars

Wednesday to Sunday

The Terrace Bar and Gallery Lounge. Here you can enjoy late night entertainment with a variety of different acts on every night of the week, ranging from live bands, disco to stand up comedy.

Friday to Sunday

As well as access to the late night entertainment at Potters Resort, for a small supplementary charge, weekend diners can really make the most of the evening by taking in a show at Potters’ state-of-the-art Atlas Theatre.

With a host of star names, cabarets, touring shows and comedians appearing throughout the year, as well as our very own Potters Theatre Company, you an rest assured you’ll have a fantastic evening out.

To make the most of your evening entertainment, please ensure you book an early evening sitting. We recommend dining no later than 7.30pm as we estimate your Black Rock Dining Experience to last between 1½ – 2 hrs.
