Aldiss Day Boat Hire

We are situated in the heart of the Broads on the Hoveton side of Wroxham Bridge just off the main River Bure and offer a fleet of easy to handle day boats for Hire.

All of our well maintained reliable boats can seat up to 6 people  with some available for larger parties of up to 8 people.

To avoid disappointment all boats must be pre booked in advance but you are welcome to telephone us on the day 07508 202862 to book and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All our boats come with full instructions on their use, insurance, fuel, life jackets, and maps.

Whether you're a first timer or experienced boater, a cruise on the beautiful Norfolk Broads is always a fantastic experience.

Turning right out of the cut and under Wroxham Bridge, take you towards Coltishall As many of the larger boats are unable to fit under the bridge, the river is much quieter. The river is particularly beautiful in this direction and if it's peace and quiet you're looking for then this is the direction for you. Coltishall is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes up the river where you'll find public moorings and riverside pubs.

Turning left you can enjoy the delightful riverside properties and lots more river traffic. Continue past (or through) Wroxham Broad, past Salhouse Broad (the home of the famous ice cream boat) and on towards Horning. Horning is a delightful Norfolk Broads village with lovely local gift shops, a picturesque village green (with free moorings) and a choice of riverside pubs.
